These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Permaculture Garden Planner (the “Service”), operated by Pranarei n.e.V. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. For the paid premium purchase, the general terms of the payment provider Digistore24 additionally apply (see Section 3).

1. The Service

The Service is an informational garden-planning tool. It helps you design a vegetable garden using crop rotation, intercropping, climate-specific guidance, and production planning, and generates suggestions based on the inputs you provide.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not guarantee any particular gardening outcome, yield, or harvest. Gardening success depends on many factors outside our control (weather, soil, pests, your own implementation).

2. Free and premium

A substantial portion of the Service is free to use. An optional premium tier unlocks additional detail and features and is available as a one-time purchase per plan — there is no subscription.

Each plan is a separate one-time purchase. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout (incl. statutory VAT). If you have purchased before, you may be offered a reduced price for additional plans; the price shown at checkout is decisive.

3. Contract, payment provider, and right of withdrawal

The sale of premium plans and payment processing are handled by Digistore24 GmbH, Nordring 52–54, 99084 Erfurt, Germany. Digistore24 acts as reseller and “Merchant of Record”: the purchase contract for the premium plan is concluded between you and Digistore24, not with Pranarei n.e.V.

The general terms and the withdrawal policy of Digistore24 therefore apply to the purchase. As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right may lapse early if you expressly consent to immediate performance and confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The details and the exercise of withdrawal are governed by Digistore24 at checkout and in its terms: digistore24.com.

We do not receive or store your full payment details (card numbers, bank data). Digistore24 handles invoicing, VAT, and receipts. Independently of this, if you are not satisfied you may contact simon@pranarei.de within 14 days of your purchase and we will work with you on a solution.

4. No account

The Service does not require registration or a login. Your plan is generated and stored under a random plan identifier. After purchase, you access your unlocked plan through a secure link we email to you. Keep that link and your confirmation email safe — they are how you (and only you) reach your plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' plans, or our systems;
• disrupt, overload, or automatically scrape the Service or our interfaces;
• resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, brand, and the underlying planning logic — is owned by Pranarei n.e.V. and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service and the plan you generate for your own personal gardening purposes.

The plan content you generate is yours to use for your own garden. You may not redistribute the Service's underlying content or databases as a standalone product.

7. “As is” — no warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any plan, recommendation, climate or frost estimate, or AI-assisted guidance will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific site.

8. Liability

For damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, and in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are liable under the statutory provisions. In the case of slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation), our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability is excluded. In particular, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for crop losses or damage caused by weather, pests, or differing implementation. Mandatory claims under the German Product Liability Act remain unaffected.

9. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
