Permaculture Garden Planner

Plan once.
Harvest for decades.

Permaculture intelligence, personalized for your land.

Not another garden planner. A permaculture system for your land — perennials, guilds, zones, water — built on 10,000 years of food-growing knowledge, translated to your climate and household.

The gap

Your garden can feed you — not exhaust you.

Most garden failures happen before the first seed goes in the ground. Not because you lack effort — but because no one gave you the system nature has used for 10,000 years.

What if 30 minutes of planning saved you years of trial and error?

How it works

Three steps to your plan

01

Your land

Draw your area on the map or enter its size. Beds, greenhouse, raised beds, planting buckets — everything you have or plan to have.

02

Household & climate

Adults, children, climate zone, preferences. We estimate yield, needs and balance for you.

03

Your plan

4-year crop rotation, monthly schedules, shopping list, climate tips, permaculture knowledge base.

★ What you get

A complete plan, not a toolbox.

  • Each plant family moves through your beds in a fixed cycle — so no family returns to the same spot for 4 years. This breaks pest cycles, builds soil fertility and makes fertilizing largely unnecessary.

  • For every month: what to start indoors, what to direct-sow, what to transplant, what to harvest. With planting depth, spacing, watering and pest notes — tuned to your climate zone.

  • Four science-backed groups (beans & squash, tomatoes & lettuce, cabbage & beets, onions & carrots) — plants that strengthen each other, deter pests and use the soil complementarily.

  • From several years of real weather data the planner detects not only your USDA hardiness zone (3–10) but also your climate band by Köppen-Geiger — temperate, Mediterranean (dry-summer), hot/cold arid, or humid-subtropical. That shifts the whole calendar: a Mediterranean site plants in autumn, not spring. Varieties are climate-tuned to match — short-day onions at low latitudes, low-chill fruit (fig, olive, citrus) for mild winters, heat- and bolt-resistant varieties for hot summers. Northern AND Southern Hemisphere (calendar mirrored by six months); only the tropics are still in the works. A curated seasonal model, not a yield guarantee — check local timing yourself.

  • No more guessing at seed packets. Before the season starts you know exactly what you need and in what quantity — seeds, substrates, tools, trellises. All derived from your plan.

  • Draw your area on the satellite map. The system places beds, greenhouse, raised beds and planting buckets automatically by permaculture zones Z1–Z5 — from intensive to extensive, from close to home to wild.

  • In-depth knowledge on companion planting, crop rotation, soil life, water flow, zoning and more — with references to scientific sources (.edu, .gov). So you understand why your plan looks the way it does.

  • You describe slopes, shade trees, heavy clay soils or special wishes — Claude AI generates risk alerts, zone-specific tips and adjustments a standard plan can't cover.

  • The planner now serves the Northern AND Southern Hemisphere and several climate bands: temperate (Central Europe, North America), Mediterranean / dry-summer (Spain, Italy, Greece, the US West Coast), hot-arid and cold-arid, and humid-subtropical (US Southeast, eastern Australia). South of the equator it mirrors the whole calendar by six months. Bed allocation, crop rotation and companion planting apply everywhere; the dates are a curated, honestly labelled seasonal model (a recommendation, not a guarantee — a few weeks either way depending on your site, which you cross-check locally). Only the true tropics aren't supported yet — rather than sell you a wrong plan, it tells you so right when you enter your address.

★ Tester program

Become a tester — premium plan for 11 €

Apply for tester access: you get a full premium plan at the reduced tester price of 11 €. In return I'll reach out to you personally by email later and ask for honest, real-world feedback — that's exactly what the access is for.

I'm especially looking for testers in climate zones I can't cover myself:
  • Hot-arid — inland SE Spain (Almería, Murcia), North Africa, arid zones
  • Cold-arid — continental dry regions (Spanish meseta, US high plains, steppe)
  • Humid-subtropical — US Southeast, eastern Australia, East Asia
  • Southern Hemisphere — Australia, New Zealand, South America, southern Africa

Temperate and Mediterranean regions are welcome too — the more real locations, the better.

By submitting, I agree that my details are stored to process my application and that Pranarei may contact me by email (tester access + feedback request). More in the privacy policy.
